The Organizational Psychologist
After ten years practicing as an organizational psychologist assessing individual and organizational success, I wanted more for my career and clients. Clients would often ask after reviewing their leadership assessment results, “Now what?” They needed a coach, and I wanted to be the one who would help them focus and build a plan to achieve success!
THE COACH
Nearly a decade later, I have coached hundreds of leaders at all leadership levels across a variety of professions – accountants, attorneys, engineers, HR professionals and more – and thoroughly enjoyed each client’s journey. My extensive coaching experience, along with my understanding of organizational dynamics, provides me with insights into the specific challenges faced by both individuals and organizations. When I listen to my coaching clients, I understand.
THE LEADER
I created the first internal coaching practice at my prior organization and grew it to over a dozen leadership coaches. Under my leadership, we reached thousands of leaders who led and would lead dozens and hundreds more. The impact of coaching reaches far beyond the person coached – it ripples throughout the organization with a lasting, positive impact.
Training improves productivity by 22%
But when combined with coaching that figure rises to 88%
